CARSI’s Mini Interview Series — Ivi Sims

CARSI TOOK A FEW MINUTES OUT TO SPEAK TO IVI SIMS, OF BULCS HOLDINGS, TO CAPTURE SOME THOUGHTS AND PERSPECTIVES ON THE INDUSTRY.

HEAR WHAT IVI HAD TO SAY.…

CARSI had a quick but insightful chat with Ivi, diving into the world of the restoration industry. In just a short conversation, Ivi shared her thoughts on the industry’s challenges, emphasizing the significance of a strong association to tackle them effectively.

She also talked about her own approach to staying updated with innovations and seamlessly integrating them into the ever-evolving world we live in. Ivi’s perspectives and opinions, though expressed briefly, were truly great to hear.

It’s always interesting to get a range of viewpoints from industry professionals like her and see the industry from different angles.

WHAT IS THE RIA?

The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) is an international trade association that represents and serves the restoration and cleaning industry. RIA is dedicated to promoting and advancing the knowledge, professionalism, and expertise of restoration and cleaning professionals. It provides resources, education, certification programs, and networking opportunities to its members, who include contractors, consultants, and other professionals involved in disaster restoration, environmental remediation, and cleaning services. RIA plays a crucial role in setting industry standards, fostering best practices, and advocating for the interests of its members in the restoration industry.
